If you have not created a customer account you can still return your order to us. Included in your order box is a free returns slip. Simply stick this on the package once you have prepared it with the returned item(s). Inside, slip the packing slip with a little note mentioning the returned product and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If you make a return, we will wait for your package to be received before making the refund via the original payment method. If it is a refund before sending the order, we will refund you within 48 hours of receiving your request.

If you wear half a size, you should select the lower size. For example, if you wear a 38.5, you will have to choose the 38.

Our One Size models are suitable for body shapes from 34 to 42. You can always order the garment and try it on at home, if it does not fit, returns are free and a refund will be made.

Our clothes are made in an artisanal manner, and the noble materials chosen for manufacturing are sometimes delicate. Please follow the washing instructions on the clothing labels.
