SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Thursday, are shipped the next day (excluding sales or private sales periods).
Deliveries & Shipping
Shipping costs will be indicated to you when you order depending on the destination country.
Delivery costs are:
- €8 for France, Monaco and Andorra.
- €20 for the French overseas departments and territories
- 15 € for European countries
- 30 € for the rest of the world
- Deliveries are free in France for orders over €280.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout and the delivery area. Please note that Mare di Latte cannot be held responsible for any order delays due to customs clearance or payment processing delays.
The prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes or customs duties. Being based in the EU, international shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Applicable fees will be charged by local customs authorities and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on possible fees before ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment for your order on our website can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. The maredilatte.fr website also allows for installment payments via Alma.
Make a return or request a refund
Please note that if you have not received your order, you have 20 days from the shipping date to contact us. Beyond this 20-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

The customer is solely responsible for any failure to deliver due to a lack of information when placing the order.
If you wish to return one or more items, you have 14 clear days from the day you receive the package to receive a refund.
Once your package has been received at our warehouse and the returned product has been verified for conformity, we will notify you by email. We will then process your refund within 7 business days.
How to make a return or exchange?
For any return, you have 14 clear days from receipt of the products ordered.
For orders placed in a European Union country and processed via Colissimo - La Poste, a free return slip is included with your order. Simply affix the label to the return box and drop it off at the post office.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) accompanied by the invoice and a note of explanation stating your wish to receive a refund or make an exchange (subject to product availability), to the following address:

For orders placed in a country outside the European Union, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made to the address below:

Packages sent to other addresses (e.g. shops) will not be considered and cannot be refunded.
Any customs fees associated with returning a product from a foreign country are also the responsibility of the customer.
